PURE CREMATION
cC
We developed a 30 second TV advert made for Pure Cremation. The film is a promotion for Pure Creation's funeral services.
It is a 2D character driven ad, focusing on a Grandpa's humble and intimate celebrations of his life at his funeral. We see the event through his eyes, as he watches his family and friends chatter and reminisce. The characters are smiling and laughing as they talk, and the colour palette is warm in tone, reinforcing the positive message at the heart of the ad.
The Mosaic creative team transformed the initial script given to them into a storyboard and then the final film. Further down you can see this development process, from initial storyboarding to designs to the final film.

For the second Pure Cremation TV advert ‘Say Goodbye Your Way’ Mosaic took the advert from concept to final film.
The advert takes place a few years before the first advert, and is told from the daughter’s perspective as she learns about her father’s wishes.
The advert takes us through the simple process of organising a pure cremation, to Grandad’s motivation - ‘more time to enjoy the good things’.

The third advert is set before the earlier two, and we learn how Grandad first had the idea for a Pure Cremation.
As with the second advert, Mosaic was responsible for the entire creative process - from script to final delivery.
Much like the previous two films, the heart of the advert is centred around Pure Cremations’ core values of family, affordability, and focusing on what’s important.
